As the Collinge & Co Apprenticeship Director Alison is responsible for ensuring the curriculum matches our intent, is implemented effectively and produces the desired impact. Alison says, "I have been with the company for some years now and am continually amazed by the dedication, commitment and ambition of the Directors and Training Team. There have and continue to be massive changes to which we have to adapt and the support of my team has been invaluable."

Laura’s role is to assist Employers in sourcing, attracting and interviewing candidates for Apprenticeship. She also liaises with partner salons to review progress of the apprentice and keep her salon employers up to date with important information.
Laura generally works with salon employers in Wirral, Warrington and surrounding areas.

Emma generally works with salon employers in Liverpool, Sefton and surrounding areas.
Thom's role is to oversee curriculum delivery for both Hair Professional and Advanced & Creative Hair Professional apprentices. Thom manages and supports the tutor training team, oversees resource needs and liaises directly with the Apprenticeship Director. In a school setting I would be called a deputy head.
Thom says, "Training is my passion, I love making changes that benefit all that either attend or work at Collinge & Co Training. The training division has been a huge part of my life for the past 15 years, I joined as an apprentice straight from school and have worked my way up through the organisation ever since. I managed a salon for 6 years before becoming involved in Apprenticeship Training full time and I’ve never looked back.”
Jane is a senior tutor delivering the Advanced & Creative Hair Professional programme and responsible for motivating, developing, guiding and supporting her learners through our bespoke Collinge and Co Training certificate and the City & Guilds EPA.
Jane is also our technical skills specialist and aims to use her skills and experience to improve the technical abilities of all apprentices and team colleagues.
Jane says, "I enjoy seeing new graduates grow in confidence, develop creative hairdressing skills and progress within their career, being promoted within their salons and undertaking more of a senior role.”
