• Access (via the apprentice) of their e-portfolio, providing employers with immediate and up-to-date information on progress and achievements.
• The benefit of providing continuous English and maths development to each apprentice.
• A clear focus within training delivery, on employability skills and employer expectations.
• Training according to new Hairdressing Professional or Advanced and Creative Hair Professional standards with end-point assessment to confirm an apprentices commercial skill and dexterity.
• An annual Employer Event presented by Collinge & Co Training.
• Various excursions or enrichment opportunities for their apprentices.
• Invitation to our annual Intersalon competition, so you can see how your apprentice is being encouraged to develop their creativity and skills.
• The opportunity for their Advanced & Creative Hair Professional apprentice to take part in a professional photoshoot, inspiring creativity and enhancing their ability to stretch and challenge their own skills and design techniques.
